Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team? We're seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing company and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination to attract and secure top talent.
  • 2. Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with key employee movements-onboarding new hires, facilitating offboarding procedures, and coordinating internal transfers-to ensure seamless transitions.
  • 3. HR Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate HR records and employee data; support HR policy implementation and ensure strict adherence to Singapore's employment regulations (MOM guidelines).
  • 4. Culture & Stakeholder Collaboration: Organize employee engagement activities to promote positive corporate culture; collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide recruitment updates.
  • 5. Ad-Hoc HR Initiatives: Contribute to HR projects (e.g., process optimization, policy reviews) to enhance team productivity and employee experience.
  • 1. Data & Financial Coordination: Perform daily data entry and verification; conduct daily bank reconciliations and communicate with internal teams to ensure account accuracy; collaborate with the sales admin assistant to prepare statements.
  • 2. Administrative Support: Handle routine office tasks efficiently, including document filing, office supply management, and meeting coordination, to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • 3. Ad-Hoc Administrative Duties: Undertake additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to meet team and company operational needs.
