Job description
HR Administrative Staff (1-year contract)

This HR admin staff will be providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department as follows:

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employees’ inquiries on ESS (HR IT system) portal during clinic sessions.
  • Process and administer access card rights to employees.
  • Respond to MOM surveys and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Handle staff welfare matters e.g. gift preparation for birthdays and special occasions.
  • Process invoices and expense claims.
  • Manage and replenish office stationery.
  • Any other HR administrative work as assigned by reporting officer.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum Diploma holders in business and other related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business office/human resource administration and operations especially in foreign workforce matters
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
  • Responsive, willing to take initiative and high ability to problem solve
  • Passion and compassion to work in social services sector
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software
