Job summary

A local contractor company in Singapore is seeking an HR coordinator to handle recruitment, process insurance claims, and manage payroll. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in HR, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong organizational skills. Immediate availability is preferred, and only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents will be considered.

• Relevant Human Resource Experience
• Recruitment of staff
• Registration of courses for staff / workers
• Familiar with insurance policies WICA, Public Liablity, Motor Claim & Medical Insurance
• Process insurance claims
• Process monthly payroll
• Purchase of Primary Care Plan (PCP) for eligiable workers
• Monitoring and good follow-up skill with tasks entrusted
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience in related field
• Good Command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Outlook
• Responsible, organized and able to multitask
