Job description
Job Responsibilities:

HR Duties

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure full compliance with MOM regulations.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.

  • Manage onboarding procedures for new hires, including preparation of employment documents, orientation, and induction.

  • Handle offboarding processes such as exit interviews, clearance forms, and final documentation.

  • Track and manage staff attendance, timesheets, and leave records.

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.

  • Support employee engagement activities, staff welfare programs, and internal events.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain and update the company’s fixed asset register.

  • Issue billing statements and submit invoices through internal systems.

  • Manage general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Handle procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers.

  • Arrange meeting schedules, prepare documents, and assist with travel bookings when required.

  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping.

  • Support ad hoc administrative and HR-related tasks assigned by management.

Education Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

  • Able to work effectively in a China-culture environment and must be proficient in Mandarin.
