A leading technology firm located in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to manage recruitment processes, handle work pass applications, and maintain employee records. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration and be proficient in Mandarin. HR Duties
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure full compliance with MOM regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Manage onboarding procedures for new hires, including preparation of employment documents, orientation, and induction.
Handle offboarding processes such as exit interviews, clearance forms, and final documentation.
Track and manage staff attendance, timesheets, and leave records.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
Support employee engagement activities, staff welfare programs, and internal events.
Administrative Duties
Maintain and update the company’s fixed asset register.
Issue billing statements and submit invoices through internal systems.
Manage general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Arrange meeting schedules, prepare documents, and assist with travel bookings when required.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Support ad hoc administrative and HR-related tasks assigned by management.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
Able to work effectively in a China-culture environment and must be proficient in Mandarin.
