About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dependable HR & Admin Executive to manage HR and administrative operations in our travel agency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting management and staff.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the full employee cycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding etc ...
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and medical claims.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required by management.
  • Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and welfare activities.
  • Oversee general office operations including maintenance, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Liaise with tech vendors to resolve company system or access issues.
  • Support management in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required by management.
What we\'re looking for
  • Preferably with prior experience in HR and/or administrative support.
  • Knowledge of HR procedures, local labor regulations, and payroll coordination will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Digitally confident and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
