We are seeking an experienced and dependable HR & Admin Executive to manage HR and administrative operations in our travel agency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting management and staff.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the full employee cycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and other HR functions.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and medical claims.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required by management.
- Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and welfare activities.
- Oversee general office operations including maintenance, supplies, and vendor management.
- Liaise with tech vendors to resolve company system or access issues.
- Support management in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Handle ad‑hoc assignments and special projects as required by management.
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in HR and/or administrative support.
- Knowledge of HR procedures, local labor regulations, and payroll coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Digital confidence and ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
