Jobs Description:
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, encompassing tasks such as job demand analysis, selection of recruitment channels, job postings, resume screening, conducting phone interviews, organizing on-site interviews, performing background checks, and negotiating job offers to ensure the effective hiring of top talent.
- Develop and broaden recruitment channels, streamline the hiring process, and enhance overall recruitment efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to understand their staffing needs and create appropriate recruitment strategies.
- Manage employee-related procedures, including onboarding, probation oversight, transfers, promotions, and resignations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in the performance management process by helping to design performance evaluation metrics, gathering evaluation results, and supporting employee development initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation, refinement, implementation, and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure all HR policies and practices adhere to Singaporean laws and regulations, and are regularly reviewed and adjusted as needed.
- Handle daily office administrative tasks, such as procuring office supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing documentation.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, with knowledge of Singapore HR rules, processes, and the Employment Act.
- Skilled in recruitment and interviewing, and familiar with different hiring methods.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized and good at managing time, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Quick learner with self-motivation.
- Positive attitude, passionate about sports, a team player, and able to work well under pressure.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
