Recruitment
- Handles all recruitment activities by posting vacancies on various job portals (e.g., JobStreet, JobsDB, newspapers, etc.)
- Continuously explore and evaluate new recruitment platforms and participate in suitable career fairs to attract talent
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
- Screen applicants and forward resumes to hiring managers
- Arrange and attend interviews
- Prepare employment contracts
- Assist staff onboarding and offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance
- Create/Update/Terminate staff records in the HR system
- Maintain employee P-Files, both hardcopy and digital (DocuShare)
Others
- Monitor & renewal for all pass holders before the expiry date
- Preparation of staff pass for all office (upon joining) and operation (upon confirmation) staff
- Apply and Renew Jurong Island Pass, Jurong Port Pass, PSA Pass for Haulage drivers
- Apply and Renew Changi Airport Pass for all CAC pass holders/Air Division drivers. It takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks prior approval
- Renewal of PCS Permanent Pass for drivers, get all drivers to sign and Operation Manager to endorse on the form before submitting to PCS for renewal
- Record all passes issuance on employment clearance form for monitoring purpose
- Monitor/Renew all the passes before expiry date
- Update the expiry date of all passes into HR System
- Terminate all the passes when staff resigned and post out the passes via registered mail.
- Application/Renewal/Issuance/Cancellation of Permits when required
- Assist HR/Admin Manager in events planning (team bonding, activities etc)
- Cover other team members’ duties when required
- Other job duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
