Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions. The role includes developing compensation packages, managing employee relations, and overseeing training and development programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR Management experience and a relevant diploma or degree. JOB SUMMARY

Managing all HR functions to ensure business needs are met through dynamic HR strategies and policies to Plan, formulate, review and develop competitive compensation package; engineer a viable competency and performance management framework, ensures positive employee/employer relationship; formulating the talent management framework and identify relevant learning needs to address competencies required for better productivity.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • To develop and establish effectivemanpower planning, sourcing, integrating and retaining the staff
  • To devise and manage effectivecompensation and benefits packagesto attract, retain and reward quality staff or talents in the Companies
  • To develop and manage an effectiveemployee relations and communicationsmechanism
  • To develop and manage an effective stafftraining and developmentfunction
  • Welfare and recreation programmes
  • To be responsible for establishment and maintenance of effectivehuman resource information and administration systems
  • FormulateHR strategies and align HR policies and programmeswith Company objectives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Diploma / Degree in HRM or Business-related discipline
  • At least 5 years of HR Management experience
