A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions. The role includes developing compensation packages, managing employee relations, and overseeing training and development programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR Management experience and a relevant diploma or degree. This position aims to ensure effective manpower planning and dynamic HR strategies that align with company objectives.
Managing all HR functions to ensure business needs are met through dynamic HR strategies and policies to Plan, formulate, review and develop competitive compensation package; engineer a viable competency and performance management framework, ensures positive employee/employer relationship; formulating the talent management framework and identify relevant learning needs to address competencies required for better productivity.
