Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with business goals and comply with local labour laws across all regions.
  • Act as a trusted HR business partner, providing guidance and strategic advice on HR-related matters.
  • Support department heads in workforce planning and assessing manpower needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and talent retention.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary matters, counselling, and terminations in line with policies and laws.
  • Execute performance management processes, including appraisals, promotions, and bonus preparation.
  • Champion learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and capabilities.
  • Drive employee engagement and workplace culture through events, team-building, and recognition activities.
  • Manage office administration functions, including procurement, contracts, space management, vendor liaison, and general administrative systems.
