A manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for a Human Resource and Administration Manager to oversee the HRM processes and manage administrative tasks for the factory team. Key responsibilities include handling recruitment, employee training, and enhancing administrative efficiency. Ideal candidates should have experience in HRM and strong organizational skills.
Human Resource Management:
Responsible for full-cycle HRM of the factory team, including recruitment, attendance and leave, employee relations, compensation and performance, etc.;
Establish and improve employee communication mechanism to understand employee needs and properly handle employee appeal and conflict;
Organize and conduct training to enhance employees' skills and competencies;
Manage personnel files and records in compliance with local regulations.
Administration:
Manage the administrative affairs of the factory, ensuring an adequate supply of office materials;
Develop and implement administrative management systems to standardize administrative tasks and improve administrative efficiency;
Improve the office and production environment to guarantee smooth operations of the factory;
Conduct visitor reception, including the arrangement, service, and coordination of conferences;
Manage factory logistics, such as catering and transportation.
