We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Admin Executive to manage a full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, employee administration, recruitment, training coordination, and government-related submissions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and experience in the construction industry.

Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll, including overtime calculations and statutory contributions.
- Manage all aspects of employee administration, such as work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, insurance coverage, training course registrations, and claims processing.
- Handle work injury cases, ensuring timely submission of documents to MOM and insurance brokers, monitoring claim progress, and managing reimbursements.
- Support recruitment activities by liaising with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
- Draft and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, termination notices, and other official correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and course enrollments.
- Administer and submit leave-related applications to relevant authorities.
- Manage timely responses to government surveys and ensure accurate data submission.
- Prepare and submit applications for government-related grants and schemes.
- Assist with other HR-related administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax regulations, and other relevant labor legislation.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills; capable of managing multiple HR functions efficiently.
- High level of discretion and professionalism; able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HR software systems.
