Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection.
• Ensure accuracy on monthly payroll processing and computation of claims.
• Handle annual IR8A and IR21, NS, Maternity, and Paternity claims.
• Support recruitment processes including placement of advertisements and onboarding.
• Review and execute HR operational strategies in line with company goals.
• Ensure HR policies comply with MOM Act and WSH Act regulations.
• Manage foreign work pass applications and terminations.
• Improve Employee Relations through engagement programs and grievance handling.
• Ensure housing legality for foreign employees and update records.
• Handle company insurance renewals and claims.
