Job summary
A leading HR services company in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to provide comprehensive HR and administrative support. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and maintaining accurate employee records. Candidates should have a diploma in HR or a related field and preferably bilingual in English and Chinese. Experience in managing foreign workers is advantageous.
Qualifications

- Junior Executive role specializing in HR is preferred.

Job Description
- Provide full spectrum of HR and Administrative Support (Office & Project Staff & Construction Worker)
- Handle in full-cycle recruitment from job posting, sourcing, arrange for interview, prepare contract and onboarding for new joins
- Orientation for new employees & handling exit clearance procedures
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
- Monitor & administer visa application & work pass application, renewal & cancellation related matters
- Draft & prepare letters when required (confirmation appointment, increment & promotion etc)
- Perform full spectrum of payroll matter, leave administration & overtime computation
- Assist in accounting matters (AR & AP)
- Input of suppliers' invoices & process credit note / adjustment
- Work closely with other Project Team to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Assist in stock in/out data entry & issuance of DO / Packing List
- Submit OA to HQ for approval.
- Handle incoming call & any other adhoc as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in managing foreign worker (Bangladesh, Vietnamese) is a plus.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in HR/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- No experience also welcome to apply.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in HR or equivalent.
- Able to read and write Chinese language in order to liaise with HQ (Chinese speaking) colleagues
