Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, leave, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Administer Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via EP Online.
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
- Coordinate staff training, performance evaluations, and welfare initiatives.
- Advise management on HR policies and ensure compliance with local manpower regulations and MOM guidelines.
- Oversee general office administration including vendor management, office supplies, and building liaison.
- Support corporate compliance and audit documentation requirements.
- Attend meetings with Japan headquarters, document minutes, and ensure follow-up actions.
- Assist with basic safety, health, and CSR-related coordination.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, including visitor and event coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR and administrative experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Japanese language for liaising with Mandarin-speaking and Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in SME or manufacturing/trading companies is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP Hana is an added advantage.
