Job summary

A leading aerospace services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll, recruitment, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Human Resource Management and has at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Timesoft payroll system and Microsoft Office is essential. This role involves handling sensitive information and conducting staff orientation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Work Location: 36 Loyang Drive, Singapore 508949

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle monthly payroll & claims processing, annual tax filing and payroll reconciliation & reporting
  • Manage recruitment and selection process
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters and correspondences as required
  • Perform accurate and timely input of employee data into the Human Resource database
  • Handle work pass administration, surveys, insurance, benefits and leave administration
  • Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other relevant agencies
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing and personal file records maintenance
  • Conduct staff orientation
  • Perform general office administrative duties
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in using Timesoft payroll system is a must
  • At least Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good team player who is meticulous, resourceful, analytical, initiative and self-driven
  • Good knowledge of statutory requirements
  • Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, planning and organizing skills
  • Strong sense of discretion and ability to keep confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
