Job summary

A leading aerospace systems provider is seeking an HR professional in Singapore. This role involves managing payroll, recruitment, and employee data maintenance while ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have extensive HR experience, familiarity with Timesoft payroll systems, and strong organizational skills. A Diploma in HR Management or related field is required. Competitive compensation offered.

Job Responsibilities


  • Handle monthly payroll & claims processing, annual tax filing and payroll reconciliation & reporting

  • Manage recruitment and selection process

  • Prepare employment contracts, letters and correspondences as required

  • Perform accurate and timely input of employee data into the Human Resource database

  • Handle work pass administration, surveys, insurance, benefits and leave administration

  • Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other relevant agencies

  • Ensure proper documentation, filing and personal file records maintenance

  • Conduct staff orientation

  • Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications


  • Prior experience in using Timesoft payroll system is a must

  • At least Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience

  • Good team player who is meticulous, resourceful, analytical, initiative and self-driven

  • Good knowledge of statutory requirements

  • Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, planning and organizing skills

  • Strong sense of discretion and ability to keep confidential information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
