Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters and contracts.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientations, ensuring a seamless integration for employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, handle e-filing of documents, and prepare materials for performance reviews or disciplinary actions.
- Support payroll and benefits administration, including timekeeping, benefits enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Provide assistance to employees with HR-related queries and help coordinate employee engagement programs and company events.
- Organize training sessions and workshops, and maintain training records and certifications.
- Prepare HR-related correspondence such as employment verification or confirmation letters, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
