A leading contractor in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, handling work pass applications, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, preferably specialized in Human Resources. This role requires commitment, team collaboration, and the ability to work extended hours.
Candidate must possess minimum N-levels or equivalent
At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Independent, willing to learn, committed, work on extended hours to meet deadlines, team player
All tasks related to work permit/pass applications and other processes
Recruitment, liaison with agency
Full records of system maintenance for employees
Filing, clerical duties, folder updates
Handling PPE related matters
Dormitory administration and management
Office admin related support
Tasks, duties as assigned
