Job summary

A leading MNC in the Food & Beverage sector is seeking a HR & Admin Executive in Singapore. The candidate will support the recruitment process, ensure compliance with HR policies, and oversee administrative tasks. A diploma in HR or Business Administration, along with 1-3 years of experience, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and familiarity with Singapore Employment Act is essential. Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin will have an advantage.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Able to multitask effectively.

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process including job posting and onboarding.

Our client, a MNC F&B chain seeks to hire a HR & Admin Executive.

Responsibilities
  • Human Resources
    • Support end-to-end recruitment process: Job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with Singapore employment regulations.
  • Administration
    • Greet visitors and handle incoming calls.
    • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
    • Handle office administrative tasks such as filing, asset management.
    • Support company events and meetings.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel).
  • Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Only SC & SPR only.
