Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters and contracts.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientations, ensuring a seamless integration for employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, handle e-filing of documents, and prepare materials for performance reviews or disciplinary actions.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration, including timekeeping, benefits enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Provide assistance to employees with HR-related queries and help coordinate employee engagement programs and company events.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops, and maintain training records and certifications.
  • Prepare HR-related correspondence such as employment verification or confirmation letters, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
