We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our HR and Admin operations. This role provides critical support in payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, and worker management within a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary computation, benefits administration, and staff claims.
  • Support HR operations across recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee movements, training, and statutory reporting.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel records and documentation.
  • Assist in managing worker-related matters, including employment and mobilization processes, accommodation allocation and upkeep, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Provide general administrative support when required.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues).
  • Immediate availability will be highly advantageous.
