Job description

Join our regional team and play a key role in supporting both people operations and daily office administration in Singapore. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in accuracy, and values being part of a close-knit team. You will also work directly with the Regional Director on HR and operational matters, giving you meaningful visibility and experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment activities and coordinate a smooth onboarding process for new colleagues.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and statutory filings including IR8A and IR21.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation with consistency and care.
  • Support performance review coordination, training arrangements, and engagement activities.
  • Handle office administration such as procurement, vendor coordination, logistics, and general upkeep.
  • Assist with vendor payment preparations.
  • Provide administrative and HR support to the Regional Director.
  • Organise internal events, travel arrangements, and other team needs.
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to work independently.
