Reporting Officer

You will report to the Management Executive for all matters relevant to this role.

Duties
  • a) HR: Recruitment and onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interviews
  • HR: Training and development: Coordinate training programmes and maintaining training records
  • HR: Attendance and Claims: Collate freelancers attendance records and arrange relevant payment and manage staff claims
  • b) Office Admin: Support daily operations: Assist in managing office supplies, scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Office Admin: Reception duties: Answering phone calls and manage walk-in enquiries
  • Office Admin: Administrative tasks: Handle correspondence, data entry and maintaining records
  • Office Admin: Office management: Ensure a clean and organised workspace, and liaise with vendors/contractors
  • c) Others: Support organisation-wide events and functions, in areas such as logistics, food and beverage and reception
  • Others: Support facility management such as maintenance of fire extinguishers and periodical checks on upkeeping of premises
Job Requirements
  • Relevant Diploma or work experience in related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years in HR and office admin duties
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management system
  • Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Open to ad hoc working in the evening/weekends to cater to needs of programme teams.
