Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for rank and file to executive roles across departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through all possible channels in job portals, social media, career fair and employee referrals.
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical skill capabilities.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage employee relations and act as the primary point of contact for employees, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage the entire employment process from onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and offboarding.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewal, and cancellation, including liaise with MOM to resolve work pass related matters and manage dormitory arrangements for foreign workers.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave administration and staff disciplinary and grievances related matters.
  • Plan and organize company events and activities to enhance employee engagement.
  • Provide Administrative support such as procurement of office supplies, stationery, uniforms, etc
  • Coordinate facility management tasks including lift renewal, copier machine maintenance, fire safety equipment renewal, etc
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience across diverse roles in both PMET and non-PMET
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment analytics.
  • Good understanding of MOM regulations and local Employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, resilient and efficient with positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Hours

8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Transportation is provided

Pick up at Lakeside MRT station
