Job summary

A leading HR and payroll firm in Singapore is seeking an HR and Admin professional. The role involves managing payroll, assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with local HR legislation. Candidates should have relevant qualifications, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, and a strong understanding of Singapore’s employment laws. The position requires being on-site 5 days a week, with flexibility for half days on Saturday.

Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
  • Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage new worker onboarding process.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Maintain accounts in the software for payroll, procurement, issue quotations, invoices, claims, petty cash, prepare GST fillings and other financial roles.
  • Issues Invoices for progress claims based on payment certificate.
  • Follow up with clients on quotations from time to time
  • Coordinate and assist for project deployment.
  • Organize and maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
  • Timely renewal and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Follows up with purchase or cancellation of workers’ bond guarantees, PCP and others subscription
  • Any other HR / Admin functions as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess relevant qualification in Administration and HR Management or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience is required.
  • Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices
  • Possess integrity, “Can Do” attitude with passion and a global mindset
  • Able to work overtime as required
  • 5 days’ work in office. Half days on Saturdays can work from home
