Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience to support the HR Manager in managing the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with labor laws, and effective office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager in daily HR operations and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely completion of recruitment activities in line with hiring plans.
- Administer onboarding, confirmation, grievance handling, and off-boarding processes in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with departments on hiring needs, staff movements, confirmations, and resignations.
- Assist in payroll-related matters and ensure accuracy of HR documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, MOM regulations, and employment legislation.
- Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters within stipulated timelines.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, learning & development programs, and HR projects.
- Handle company events (e.g. CNY and 7th Month activities).
- Perform office administrative duties including ordering stationery/snacks and coordinating office facilities maintenance (aircon, water dispenser, etc.).
- Carry out all assigned duties responsibly, with a strong sense of ownership, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and MOM processes is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
