Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience to support the HR Manager in managing the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with labor laws, and effective office administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Manager in daily HR operations and implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely completion of recruitment activities in line with hiring plans.
  • Administer onboarding, confirmation, grievance handling, and off-boarding processes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with departments on hiring needs, staff movements, confirmations, and resignations.
  • Assist in payroll-related matters and ensure accuracy of HR documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies, MOM regulations, and employment legislation.
  • Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters within stipulated timelines.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, learning & development programs, and HR projects.
  • Handle company events (e.g. CNY and 7th Month activities).
  • Perform office administrative duties including ordering stationery/snacks and coordinating office facilities maintenance (aircon, water dispenser, etc.).
  • Carry out all assigned duties responsibly, with a strong sense of ownership, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and MOM processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
