Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment process: Job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with Singapore employment regulations.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Handle office administrative tasks such as filing, asset management.
- Support company events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel)
- Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin will be an added advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
