Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Handle the recruitment process, employment contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Prepare and conduct new employee induction program
- Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation
- Monthly payroll & CPF processing
- Yearly Employees’ tax submission to IRAS
- Update & maintain Leave Record
- Check and prepare staff claim
- Assist in yearly Appraisal
- Review compensation and benefit practices
- Liaise with Government agencies on relevant funding, applications and claims
- Preferable with HR experience and Labour Law knowledge
- Cover some general admin duties
- Any other appropriate duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holders in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 1 HR year of experience in HR admin or HR operations
- Numerically savvy, able to grasp concepts quickly
- Street smart and able to think out of the box
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of the payroll system will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to understand and speak in Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
