- Handle payroll for local and foreign workers.
- Prepare employment letters and other related documents.

Job Description
- Handle MOM matters including application/renewal/cancellation, etc.
- Follow up closely on all work pass transactions and update of records.
- Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.
- Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Arrange worker's accommodation.
- Manage staff and foreign workers annual/medical leave.
- Handle local/foreign workers' payroll.
- Timely collect foreign workers' timesheets, attendance records and input details into the payroll system accurately.
- Collate staff expenses claim.
- Coordinate with Training Centre on CSOC, Coretrade, Multi-skilling and any other relevant courses for workers.
- Exit clearance for resigned staff.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position in Singapore.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Good MS Office skills and good knowledge of IT skills.
- Must be meticulous.
- Able to multi-task.
- Experience in Construction Industry.
