  • Manage staff and foreign workers annual/medical leave.
  • Handle payroll for local and foreign workers.
  • Prepare employment letters and other related documents.

Job Description
  • Handle MOM matters including application/renewal/cancellation, etc.
  • Follow up closely on all work pass transactions and update of records.
  • Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.
  • Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
  • Arrange worker's accommodation.
  • Manage staff and foreign workers annual/medical leave.
  • Handle local/foreign workers' payroll.
  • Timely collect foreign workers' timesheets, attendance records and input details into the payroll system accurately.
  • Collate staff expenses claim.
  • Coordinate with Training Centre on CSOC, Coretrade, Multi-skilling and any other relevant courses for workers.
  • Exit clearance for resigned staff.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements
  • Min 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position in Singapore.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Good MS Office skills and good knowledge of IT skills.
  • Must be meticulous.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Experience in Construction Industry.
