Job Description
- Responsible for all HR related duties such as WPOL Construction Work Pass Application/Renewal, PCP Medical examinations arrangement, Construction Safety Training courses and Registration of Address in MOM portal, etc.
- Responsible for monthly foreign worker payroll and other related duties such as levy waiver and foreign employees contract, etc.
- Responsible for all Workers Dormitory related Issues, MOM Pre-housing/Onboarding and PCP Sector application, etc.
- Handle all general admin tasks such as phone calls, office stationery and office maintenance, etc.
- Provide clerical & administrative support to project team
- Data Entry, Filing and Maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
- Inventory Control such as PPE, etc, ensuring that basic supplies are always available
- Assist in any routine and ad-hoc HR & Admin duties
Job Requirement
- Degree / Diploma in HR / Business-related studies or equivalent
- Min 3 years HR Admin experience in construction sector is a must
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with PRC workers
- Familiar with WPOL is a must
- Independent and able to multitask & hardworking
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
