Job summary

A construction company in Singapore seeks an HR and Office Administrator to handle work pass applications, payroll processing, and support employee training. Candidates should have a Diploma in HRM/Business Administration, 2 years of experience, ideally in construction, and familiarity with MOM regulations.   • Full payroll processing for foreign workers.
  • Preparation of payroll and manpower reports.
  • Assist in implementation and maintaining of ISO quality system.
  • Monitor and communicate with employees on staff matters.
  • In charge of general office administration.

Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for work pass applications, renewal and cancellation including arrange for repatriation of workers.
  • Sourcing of manpower to meet manpower needs including follow-up with recruitment agency and foreign worker directly.
  • Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date.
  • Support the training and development needs of employees by processing and administering the full spectrum of training, seminar, course and programme.
  • Full payroll processing for foreign workers.
  • Preparation of payroll report, manpower report and other reports as and when required.
  • Assist in implementation and maintaining of ISO quality system
  • Monitor and communicate with employees on staff matters
  • In Charge of general office administration.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in HRM/Business Administration with 2 years of experience, preferably in the Construction Industry
  • Familiar with MOM regulations
  • Work independently
  • Familiar with MS Word & Excel
  • Knowledge in Employment Act.
