Job summary

A freight service provider is looking for an entry-level HR Support candidate in Singapore. You will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates as well as conducting administrative tasks. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to gain experience in HR and administration within the freight forwarding industry. Basic salary up to $3,000 with additional bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with employment agencies to source and interview candidates
• Conduct candidate selection aligned with company requirements
• Provide administrative support including office operations, supplies, mail, and ad-hoc tasks
• Liaise with vendors and maintain company assets (memberships, vehicle VPC, road tax, insurance)
• Use Microsoft Office and general PC operations proficiently
