Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage HR functions including record keeping and compliance. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in HR and a background in the construction industry. This role offers a salary of $2,400 – $2,800 and is located near Tai Seng MRT Station.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in construction.
  • Basic knowledge of MOM applications and CPF contributions.
  • Capable of managing HR documentation and training coordination.

  • Handle HR management functions including record keeping and compliance.
  • Manage company insurance matters and document renewal.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in ad-hoc tasks.

Working Hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Location: Near Tai Seng MRT Station
Basic Salary: $2,400 – $2,800

Responsibilities
  • Handle HR management functions including record keeping, compliance, recruitment support, work pass application/renewal/cancellation, onboarding and orientation, payroll and benefits administration, HR documentation, training coordination, and HR systems management.
  • Manage company insurance matters including renewal and upkeep of building, vehicle, and employee insurance policies.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Executive.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in HR Management or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the construction or related industries.
  • Basic knowledge of MOM applications, CPF contribution, and employment regulations in Singapore.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
