Job summary

A local HR advisory company in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin Assistant for a 6-month contract role with the potential for permanence. The successful candidate will manage attendance records, support investigations, and liaise with HR Managers. A diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management is preferred, along with prior attendance verification experience. This position offers a salary of $2500 - $3000 per month.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in attendance verification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems and CCTV monitoring tools will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Verify daily biometric attendance records.
  • Cross check overtime claims with actual attendance records.
  • Maintain organized records of attendance for audit and payroll.
  • Monitor staff work behavior via CCTV surveillance.
  • Identify discrepancies and raise queries as needed.
  • Support investigations related to attendance and misconduct.
  • Generate and analyze timely and accurate reporting.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

HR Admin Assistant (6 months contract role, potentially converted to Permanent Role)

5 days, Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Location: Clementi

Reporting to: Senior HR Manager

Responsibilities
Attendance & Timesheet Management
  • Verify daily biometric daily attendance record.
  • Cross checking overtime claims with the actual attendance record, the approved overtime (O.T) projection list and via the CCTV footage.
  • Maintain organized records of attendance and O.T verification for audit and payroll processing.
  • Monitor staff work behaviour and compliance with workplace policies via CCTV surveillance.
  • Identify discrepancies, raise queries and investigate irregular patterns or potential violations in attendance and overtime records.
  • Generate and analyse timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support investigations related to attendance, time theft and/misconduct.
  • Report inconsistency/violation to the Assistant Manager – HR and Senior Manager – HR for further discussion before escalating the findings to the senior management as needed for further review and action.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as required from time to time.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in attendance verification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems and CCTV monitoring tools will be an added advantage.
