Job summary

A human resources advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an HR Admin Assistant for a 6-month contract position that may lead to a permanent role. The candidate will verify attendance records, check overtime claims, and support compliance investigations. Preferred qualifications include a diploma in Business Administration and experience with attendance verification systems. This position offers a salary range of $2500 to $3000.

  • Report findings to HR management.

Overview

HR Admin Assistant (6 months contract role, potentially converted to Permanent Role)

Salary: $2500 - $3000

Working Days: Mon to Fri | 8:30am to 5:30pm

Working Location: Pandan Road (Clementi)

Responsibilities
  • Verify daily biometric daily attendance record.
  • Cross checking overtime claims with the actual attendance record, the approved overtime (O.T) projection list and via the CCTV footage.
  • Maintain organized records of attendance and O.T verification for audit and payroll processing.
  • Monitor staff work behaviour and compliance with workplace policies via CCTV surveillance.
  • Identify discrepancies, raise queries and investigate irregular patterns or potential violations in attendance and overtime records.
  • Generate and analyse timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support investigations related to attendance, time theft and/misconduct.
  • Report inconsistency/violation to the Assistant Manager – HR and Senior Manager – HR for further discussion before escalating the findings to the senior management as needed for further review and action.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as required from time to time.
