Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm is seeking an HR Admin Assistant for a 6-month contract role potentially converting to permanent. Responsibilities include verifying attendance, managing overtime claims, maintaining records, and supporting investigations. Applicants should have a diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management, with preference given to candidates with experience in attendance verification. This role is on-site in Singapore, offering a salary range of $2500 to $3000.

HR Admin Assistant
(6 months contract role, potentially converted to Permanent Role)

5 days, Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Location: Pandan Road Singapore (Clementi)

Reporting to: Senior HR Manager

Responsibilities
  • Verify daily biometric daily attendance record.
  • Cross checking overtime claims with the actual attendance record, the approved overtime (O.T) projection list and via the CCTV footage.
  • Maintain organized records of attendance and O.T verification for audit and payroll processing.
  • Monitor staff work behaviour and compliance with workplace policies via CCTV surveillance.
  • Identify discrepancies, raise queries and investigate irregular patterns or potential violations in attendance and overtime records.
  • Generate and analyse timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support investigations related to attendance, time theft and/misconduct.
  • Report inconsistency/violation to the Assistant Manager – HR and Senior Manager – HR for further discussion before escalating the findings to the senior management as needed for further review and action.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as required from time to time.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in attendance verification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems and CCTV monitoring tools will be an added advantage.
