Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin Assistant for a 6 months contract, potentially converted to a permanent role. The successful candidate will manage attendance records, cross-check overtime claims, and support HR investigations. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Business Administration or similar field and prior experience in attendance verification. This role offers a salary between $2,500 and $3,000, and works 5 days a week from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in attendance verification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems and CCTV monitoring tools will be an added advantage.

Job description
  • HR Admin Assistant

  • Location: Pandan Road Singapore (Clementi)

Reporting to: Senior HR Manager

Responsibilities
Attendance & Timesheet Management
  • Verify daily biometric daily attendance record.
  • Cross checking overtime claims with the actual attendance record, the approved overtime (O.T) projection list and via the CCTV footage.
  • Maintain organized records of attendance and O.T verification for audit and payroll processing.
  • Monitor staff work behaviour and compliance with workplace policies via CCTV surveillance.
  • Identify discrepancies, raise queries and investigate irregular patterns or potential violations in attendance and overtime records.
  • Generate and analyse timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support investigations related to attendance, time theft and/misconduct.
  • Report inconsistency/violation to the Assistant Manager – HR and Senior Manager – HR for further discussion before escalating the findings to the senior management as needed for further review and action.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as required from time to time.
