Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide temporary administrative support across various internal programmed and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Responsibilities
  • Delivering administrative support for policy-related operations within the Associates framework.
  • Assisting in the migration of data from TREX to the DLE system, including manual verification, data cleansing, and validation processes.
  • Coordinating logistics and administrative tasks for internal programmes such as AI workshops, data training sessions, and employee induction events.
  • Maintaining and updating training records accurately within the HRP system.
  • Supporting the creation and design of internal communications materials, including capability update newsletters and EDMs.
  • Performing general administrative duties and handling ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Prior experience in HR administration or training support functions is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
