Overview

We’re hiring a HR Admin Assistant to support across recruitment activities, personnel file management, and administrative functions in a dynamic office environment. If you have experience in HR admin, administration support, or data entry, this role could be a great fit for you.

Details

Nearest MRT: Clarke Quay

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon – Thurs), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Salary: $2580/Month

Start Date: Mid November 2025

Duration: 6-months contract

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support recruitment activities across offices (candidate shortlisting with hiring departments, coordinating logistics, conducting interviews, requesting candidate documents, facilitating preliminary assessments, collaborating with hiring divisions on selection decisions).
  • Assist in liaising with and managing manpower agencies for the hiring and contract renewal/expiry of temporary staff, verifying billing, and monitoring budgets.
  • Ensure timely updates to information in HR databases and systems.
  • Contribute to the digitization of physical personnel files as part of the “electronic P-file” management project.
  • Help with sorting, scanning, and organizing documents from LSC and creating LSO personnel files.
  • Assist with administrative and operational support for various other HR functions.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Diploma holder.
