Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to manage HR functions and provide support in employee relations and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a relevant discipline and at least one year of HR experience. This role offers a competitive salary range of $2,200 to $2,400 and requires occasional travel to the headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Well-versed in computer applications like Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Manage and perform HR functions on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assist in Employee Relations and Recruitment & Selection.
  • Provide support for disciplinary issues and HR policies.
  • Assist in administrative tasks for HR letters and memos.
  • Manage the application and renewal of work passes.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Reports directly to the HR & Finance Department
  • Manage and perform HR functions with focus on the day-to-day administrative duties, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, and the Onboarding and Offboarding of all employees at the designated Office
  • Assist in other functions such as Benefits Administration, Payroll-related Records, Training & Development, and Performance Management
  • Provide support to line manager(s) and staff on the aspect of disciplinary issues and Company HR policies
  • Assist in administering HR letters or memos to employees
  • Assist in managing the HRS system and leave track record
  • Assist in maintaining the staff docket and employee personal files
  • Manage the overall application, renewal, and cancellation processes of work passes, including its pre- and post-requisites
  • Assist in the submission of governmental surveys, enquiry requests, and such
  • Any other HR-related duties and or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma-level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Well-verse in computer applications i.e. Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and with a team
Additional Information
  • Basic salary ranges from $2,200 to $2,400
  • Mondays to Fridays from 8.30am to 5.30pm work
  • Workplace at 3015A Ubi Road 1 #03-01 Singapore 408705
  • Required to travel to Headquarters at 203 Henderson Road, Henderson Industrial Park #10-13 Wing A Singapore 159546 whenever necessary
