Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to help with various personnel-related tasks. You will help the HR department with tasks such as publishing job ads, maintaining the HR database, and processing employee requests. Our HR administrative assistant role requires exceptional organizational skills as well as the capacity to handle sensitive material discreetly. If you are interested in HR policies and procedures and want to contribute to the establishment of a nurturing workplace, this is the opportunity for you. Finally, you will get HR experience in a fast-paced setting by assisting with and improving all HR functions.

Responsibilities
  • Handle work passes applications, renewals & etc matters.
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations & etc).
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Process employees' requests and provide relevant information.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
  • Collaborate with the various departments to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
  • Manage the department's telephone center and address queries accordingly.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
  • Handle offboarding procedures for employees with exit interview & etc.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE "O" levels or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Able to multitask and work well in a fast paced environment
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
