A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks a candidate to handle work pass applications, assist with payroll, and manage employee records. Candidates should have experience in HR functions and strong organizational skills. The role involves preparing employment documents and ensuring smooth office administrative operations.
Job Description & Requirements
Responsible for work pass applications.
Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes.
Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contract, letter etc.
Handle workers accommodation such as dormitory rental contract, check in and out and all related matters.
Arrange training classes.
Assist in preparing monthly payroll & CPF submission.
Maintain employee records (annual leave, medical leave, claims, salary adjustment etc.).
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Yearly Insurance policies renewal.
Assist with invoicing and payment follow ups.
In charge of Office administrative matter (Eg: Office Facility /Stationery, etc.).
