This role combines Human Resources with Administrative tasks, providing excellent exposure to both functions. Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support daily operations. This role combines Human Resources support with Administrative tasks, providing excellent exposure to both HR and administrative functions.

Human Resources

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.

• Support employee onboarding and exit processes, including contracts and documentation.

• Maintain HR records, staff files, and ensure compliance with policies.

• Assist with payroll data preparation and leave/attendance monitoring.

• Help monitor staff conduct and workplace discipline.

Administration

• Record and track payment requests, reimbursements, and vendor invoices.

• Maintain administrative records, filing systems, and office documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.

• Support the planning and organization of meetings, training sessions, and school events.

• Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

• Provide general administrative support to senior management as required.

Requirements

• Strong command of written and spoken, capable of independent correspondence.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing tasks.

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and assertively when needed.

• Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling HR and administrative matters.

• Prior experience in HR, administration, or finance-related roles will be an advantage.
