Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore seeks an HR Assistant to support policy development and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Human Resource or Business, is detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities include administering HR functions, providing support to Business Partners, and ensuring compliance with policies. This role offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic HR team.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of records management and general administration.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager and Team Lead in HR policy development.
  • Provide HR services and support to staff and HR Business Partners.
  • Administer HR functions related to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Improve the onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
  • Deliver HR activities in line with SLAs and KPIs.

Location: One-North

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office hours

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
  • Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
  • Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to On/Offboarding.
  • Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through On/Offboarding stages.
  • Ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
  • Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Group Shared Services.
  • Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, able to work in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of records management and general admin
