A leading hospitality company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for HR responsibilities. The role involves managing staff attendance, ensuring smooth operations for biometric systems, and compiling duty rosters. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with HR documentation are required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that daily clock in/out is smooth for all outlets.
- Manage balance of leave before distributing to HODs.
- Compile duty rosters and manage staff punctuality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that daily clock in/out is smooth for ALL outlets
- Ensure that all employees are registered in the biometric system
- Monthly attendance to export in Excel. Familiar with Info-tech
- Receive the leave forms from employees and stamp receive
- Receiving and scan leave form to folder. Record through excel sheet.
- Manage the balance of leave every last week of the month for all outlets before distributing to the HODs
- Compile duty rosters and manage staff punctuality
- Draft and distribute memo to staff upon approval
- Collect memo acknowledgement slip from HODs
- Ensure that all memos are carefully file into memo folder and company overview folder
- Manage stationaries
- Daily Ad-hoc duties assigned by HR Manager & Management
- General filing
- Orientation for Staffs
- Update the staffs master, contacts, address and emergency contacts lists
- Collation and upkeep of all HR related documents
- Update the company organisation chart.
- Adhoc duties as and when required
