Job summary

A leading stainless steel company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support HR functions, manage the employee life cycle, and assist in recruitment processes. Ideal candidates will have strong Microsoft Office skills, the ability to handle sensitive information, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires multi-tasking and independence in a diverse workplace.

  • Support day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Manage the employee life cycle and administer employees benefits.
  • Respond timely to employees queries and provide assistance.
  • Assist with foreign workers related matters.
  • Assist in recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and administer training activities.
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
  • Ensure timely update of company organization chart.
  • Process HR and office administration communications.
  • Assist in worker wages and salary.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  1. Support day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  2. Manage the employee life cycle and administer employees benefits.
  3. Respond timely to employees queries and provide assistance to employees in HR and office administration matters.
  4. Assist with foreign workers related matters and issues, including work pass administration and purchase of security bond and air tickets.
  5. Assist in recruitment process such as job posting, scheduling of suitable candidates for interview and on-boarding arrangement.
  6. Coordinate and administer training activities including submission of claims/training grants to various government agencies.
  7. Prepare employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related documentation.
  8. Ensure timely update of company organization chart, employees' database, proper filing system and smooth office administration.
  9. Process HR and office administration-related communications, including incoming phone calls, emails and mails.
  10. Assist in worker wages and salary.
  11. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
