✅ Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, and housekeeping equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet hotel cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Oversee housekeeping inventory, manage stock levels, and control supply usage.
- Plan and organize daily work schedules, ensuring smooth shift handovers and timely completion of tasks.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Address guest feedback and resolve any service concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead by example—provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members.
- Participate in cleaning tasks as needed to support the team during peak periods.
- Assist in emergency response and recovery efforts as per hotel protocols.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping within the hotel or hospitality sector.
