📍 Reports To: Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area cleaning, and laundry services.
Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and follow up on completion.
Train and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high service standards.
Handle guest requests, complaints, or special requirements promptly and professionally.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment in compliance with hotel safety standards.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and grooming.
Coordinate with front office and maintenance departments for room readiness and repairs.
Prepare daily reports on room status, occupancy, and staff productivity.
Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and scheduling.
Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality diploma preferred).
2+ years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays).
