Qualifications

• 2 years’ related experience including some supervisory training.

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping and laundry operation.
• Monitor budget and control expenses.
• Inspect VIP rooms and public areas.
• Conduct monthly Room IHG Way of Clean audits.
• Manage day-to-day staffing requirements.
• Educate and train employees in compliance.
• Promote teamwork through communication.
• Respond to guest complaints and requests.
• Close liaison with Engineering department.
• Prepare daily room allocation report.
